Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answering and managing up to 50 phone calls per day, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate department.
• Providing assistance to customers and directing them to the correct department.
• Performing scanning and data entry tasks with accuracy.
• Handling email management and communication effectively.
• Collaborating with the sales team to support their operations.
• Ensuring positive guest relations and providing assistance as needed.
• Utilizing computer systems such as Outlook, Techion, DriveCentric, and Excel for data entry.
• Providing bilingual support in English and Spanish.
• Participating in training sessions provided to enhance skills.

Requirements:

• Entry-level to a maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or greater education is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in a dealership is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass drug screen

Work Hours:

Monday : 12pm-9pm

Tuesday: 12pm-9pm

Wednesday: 7am-3pm

Thursday: 7am-3pm

Friday: Off

Saturday: 2pm-8pm

Sunday: OFF

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive wage of $18 to $19 per hour, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

Additional Details:

• Policy and procedures training will be provided (paid for 4 hours).
